the room service was prompt and helpful which was good.
the bathroom smelled bad, i saw hair on the bed, and there was food on the table. this required me to spend extra time getting the room cleaned and eventually moved to another room.

I hoped for more variety. also, the hotel's location is a bit outside the city center. this made it slightly inconvenient to access certain attractions without relying on transportation.

the staff show great cooperation. i find the cafe service quite efficient. ms. kareena is worth mentioning for her prompt attention. all aspects met expectations and i will return.
i noticed just a slight delay with a pineapple juice order during breakfast.

i loved the breakfast, it was so yummy, and the staff there were nice! the rooms were large, super modern, and super clean! i used the handy laundry service since i was at a wedding. the reception staff were always ready to help arrange transport for me!
