the location proved excellent. the staff were very polite, which i valued. my room included a balcony view, and i found it perfect.

The air conditioning did not work properly. the hotel uses keys instead of cards, which i found odd. if you leave your room key at reception, the air conditioning is switched off. I did not appreciate this.

the hotel is conveniently located near opera square. it is a short walk to many good restaurants and shops. the opera metro station is also close by. the breakfast service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

the hotel uses keys instead of cards. when i left the room and gave the keys to reception, they switched off the air conditioning.

the hotel's location was very central, with many asian stores nearby. a metro station is just a four-minute walk. the hotel is within walking distance to many main attractions, a big plus for exploring.

The breakfast had a good spread. There were plenty of choices available. i saw veggies were offered during breakfast. This was a nice addition. the hotel also provided good recommendations for local restaurants.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is close to the opera. The staff were friendly! and very professional. I appreciated the suite, large with a super comfy bathroom. I also liked the Turkish restaurant Saz nearby. I tried the lamb bowl.

The comforter and pillows had an unpleasant smell. I called several times .

Breakfast included many sorts of French cheeses. There was fresh bread. Coffee and drinks were available. There were many food choices for breakfast. Everything was fresh.

The hotel is a three minute walk from the metro station. The Louvre is about 15 minutes away on foot. The location is excellent, near the opera, so it is safe and quiet.

i liked the breakfast a lot. there was a nice selection of choices available, and it was a good way to start the day. the location was super good, it.

The air conditioning was not working very well . the reception staff weren't so friendly. They didn't really help when i asked about the air conditioning. also, the hotel used keys, not cards, for the rooms. i found this a bit strange.
