the hotel's western theme offered a unique, immersive experience. the rooms were clean daily, a plus. its proximity to the park entrances made access very easy. i appreciated the short walks to both theme park and ferrari land.
i found the communication from reception regarding theme park ticket prices unclear. i had to ask several times to get the information i needed. this process could be streamlined for better guest service.

small roomant infestation
the rooms werent quite as expected. too SMALL. ants were crawling around. we couldnt see ANYTHING outside the window since we were practically UNDERGROUND. i would NOT recommend it. Nowhere to grab lunch. it was horrible.
