Excellent Stay Near Hedon

The staff greeted me with smiles and helpful attitudes. My room was a good size and clean. I found the surroundings quiet and peaceful (I slept really well!).
My room door didn't seem to fit quite right. It could have been a bit more snug.

The food offered was excellent (especially the specials!). I liked the sensible pricing, so I reminded me of I got value for money when dining at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and well kept, so I enjoyed the fresh environment. There was plenty of hot water available at all times, made my showers quite relaxing.

The furniture looked quite worn. I also thought the shower head looked rusty. The sink tap felt loose, and the shaving light did not work. The room had a distinct stale cigarette odor. The mattress felt uncomfortably lumpy.

i found my room spacious. it included a bathroom with a good shower. the room had tea and coffee facilities with many 13amp sockets. free parking was available, also internal access to the family restaurant. the staff, including victoria, josh, and jordan, were helpful. the restaurant offered ample and good value meals. i appreciated the easy access to dining. the restaurant connection was convenient.
