Excellent Golf and Relaxation!
helpful staff golf course fusion restaurant great stay
The golf pro shop staff were particularly helpful. The Prince Bishop course presented a challenge, even with bunker work happening, it was still great. The fusion restaurant food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel's driving range charged an extra fee for left-handed club hire. It was a surprise.

The room had a good towels and a comfy bed.
I stayed at this hotel. A event occurred Sunday evening. Loud music played into the night. I seemed like I was in a club and I found it to be really distracting.

friendly staff breakfast variety high prices mold issue
I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to help. breakfast offered a good variety of options. the food was AMAZING!!!
The bar prices felt high. £10 For 25ml of whiskey seemed steep. i also noticed some mold on the shower tiles and grout. these are small issues to address.

amazing service spacious room lovely spa
I loved the spa. It is one of the best in the area. There IS a GORGEOUS outdoor area, and I always found enough loungers. My meal at the rib house was AMAZING with perfect service. The room was modern and spacious.
I paid for the spa from check-in to check-out. The room lacked a fridge or minibar, which I EXPECTED at the price I paid. The bottled water was warm to drink.

The rib room offers AMAZING service with high-quality meals. Its menu includes different meat cuts and a variety of sides. The portions are generous, and the presentation is carefully considered. There is also a broad selection of wines and cocktails.

amazing treehouse stay
immaculate treehouse comfortable beds amazing service breakfast hamper
We stayed in the dove treehouse! the treehouse was immaculate and beautifully furnished. the beds were comfortable and the service was amazing. Every little detail had been thought of. we had a breakfast hamper, which lasted for two mornings with leftovers.
the hotel was noisy, and i didn't get much sleep. we were woken during the night by people talking.

The spa has a big pool. It has a variety of saunas and steam rooms. the outdoor area IS good too. you will enjoy the experience because the hotel offers several opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

The room was lovely and had an amazing bath. The shower was also amazing. The leisure facilities were great. I found the staff friendly and professional.
I was not able to use the facilities. I was told I could only swim during a limited time. The bedding was tatty. I found the duvet very thin.
