A Traditional Stay

The staff was very attentive. The hotel design and rooms provided a very authentic ryokan experience. I particularly enjoyed the traditional meals served in a private dining room. It gave me a pleasant cultural experience.
The futon beds were thin and not very comfortable. I requested an additional blanket, but they only provided one. The facilities seemed run down, I found them slightly dirty.
