decent stay downtown
excellent locationgood breakfastnice maskimproper cleaningstained duvetrude staff
the location was excellent it was the best. the breakfast had a good balance of asian and western options.
the room was not cleaned properly upon arrival i felt it was rushed. i found hair in two of the beds and a stained duvet cover was there. two of the female staff members at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming.

the location provides great access to teramachi and nishiki market. shopping is possible under roofs on a rainy day. the staff spoke english well which helped a lot. the location is in the middle of the sanjo mall so shopping and food are steps away from the hotel. staff were helpful during check-in throughout my stay and with luggage delivery services
the room layout felt a bit strange with the basin and mirror in the hall area

the hotel is in the center of the main area. many shops and restaurants are very close. the location is very convenient.
the female receptionists were very rude during check-in. they expected guests to use the self-service machines. they treated me condescendingly when i asked questions.

The hotel's location near the arcade proved convenient for accessing shops.
The room design proved strange. Upon entry, one immediately confronts the bathroom and changing area. This arrangement lacks privacy when sharing the room. The bed felt uncomfortable and lumpy, and I had to request an additional pillow.
