i appreciated the hotel's location near the bus stops (it made getting around very convenient). the staff at the front desk was also pleasant and helpful. the hotel offered luggage storage before check-in, great to explore without our bags.

the vending machine drinks weren't cold which was a bit disappointing in the heat.

the staff helped send our luggage to our next hotel. lots of toiletries were available.

the wifi was pretty much unusable in our room (very frustrating). i could not adjust the aircon, so it got a bit warm and stuffy. i probably would book elsewhere if i had my time again.

I liked that the room was bigger compared to other hotels. The staff helped me arrange luggage transfer to Tokyo and it arrived with perfect timing. I found the hotel location very convenient with easy access to transport and nearby attractions.

The wifi connection was unstable in my room, and the speed was slow.

The room was spacious with a large bed, and a good-sized bathroom includes a bath and a shower. The bed was like two singles put together which gives plenty of room. Rooms receive service every day.

The hotel location is central, a short walk to shopping streets and restaurants. A bus stop sits right outside the front door, and a train station is super close. I found convenience stores right outside.

I noticed really nice bars and restaurants around the hotel. I saw a convenience store directly next door, so it was easy to buy some snacks. This made finding a quick bite very convenient.
