the staff did let me use the concierge computer, this allowed me to print my flight boarding pass.
the room felt noisy, i think it came from outside. also, the shower water was cold and that was not okay. i also didn't get no warning about not been able to enter the square as a non muslim, quite bad.

the facility has perfect decor. the staff is nice. every detail felt meticulously chosen. the overall ambiance was serene and immaculate.
the ramp in and out of the hotel felt steep. it was a bit of a concern. the steepness made maneuvering a little difficult.

i was upgraded to a neighboring location the bosphorus waqf al safi i found the check-in process was fast the staff were helpful this made everything smooth the breakfast suhoor provided many delicious choices. the location is very near to the harram just a few minutes walk i was grateful for this proximity.
