fantastic stay
helpful staff amazing beverages
i found the staff helpful and responsive. they were well mannered and efficient. the foods and beverages were amazing. the housekeeping was immaculate. i had no issues.
the air conditioning did not go below 23c. the temperature rose to 26c during the night. i found it difficult to adjust the room temperature.

Excellent Stay and Service
excellent service quality food varied options
My first time at a Pullman hotel was excellent. The service at all locations, including the bars and restaurants, was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet located on the 18th floor with its varied food options (especially the pastries). Meeting Mr Shin, the Director of Food and Beverage, was also a pleasure. I expressed my satisfaction with the food and service quality he provides.
The air conditioning did not seem to work as efficiently as I expected, especially during warmer days.

The hotel includes a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor swimming pool offers a spacious area with twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section available .

convenient location coffee machine useful kettle struggling air conditioning slow elevator extended waiting time
the location was quite convenient. it was easy to get around. the room included a coffee machine and a kettle. i found these useful for making my own drinks.
the air conditioning seemed to struggle a bit. the room temperature sometimes felt warmer than expected, even with the thermostat set low. also, i noticed the elevators could be slow at times. waiting for an elevator sometimes took longer than desired.

non-working aircon extra fee
the breakfast buffet selection was quite plentiful and fresh.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to work. The central heating was stuck at 28 degrees (i think it was 82 fahrenheit). i found it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. (i'm not sure why that wasn't included!)
