The staff was very pleasant. The Lobby Lounge provided convenient access to cool drinks accompanied by live music. Shops on site were also convenient for any needs.

Customer service is lacking a bit. My personal card was charged for the stay, so I had to contact their accounting office to reverse the charges. It took nine days for the reversal to appear on my card. An apology was not offered initially.
