The location was indeed central, i found constitution dock and salamanca markets very accessible. every staff member was engaged. They seemed to be smiling and keen to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
i found the instant coffee in the room to be insufficient, a plunger or pod machine would improve this greatly. the face cloths were also of poor quality.

i enjoyed the amazing harbor view from the room the breakfast buffet was excellent with varied options the bed was comfortable ensuring restful nights i really appreciated the central location close to the waterfront and cbd it made exploring easy
i noticed a little more communication could improve at the front desk everything else was wonderful though

the location was superb. the harbour view from my room was gorgeous. everything was so close. i really appreciated the parking!
the pool was too cold. i planned to use the heated pool, but it was unusable.
