helpful staffgluten-free breakfastmissing price listparking fee
The reception staff showed real care in helping me find train information. It was like a genuine act of kindness. My room provided ample space to store my belongings. The bathroom was also spacious. I found gluten-free breakfast options.
The minibar lacked price listings. I found this inconvenient and awkward when asked about consumption at checkout. the parking fee felt a bit unexpected. Including it in the room rate might be better.

the breakfast was excellent every day. lots of choice was available and everything tasted fresh.
My room smelled really bad at first. i spoke to reception, and they came to smell it too. they offered another room quickly. this new room was smaller. it was not as nice as the original room, and i felt the downgrade was quite disappointing considering the high price i paid.

The location proved ideal as it was a short walk to the waterfront and World War II Museum. I found the staff helpful with directions. The room size was decent and the bed offered great comfort. The shower delivered a powerful stream, a welcome feature.
The air conditioning controls were somewhat difficult. I couldn't get the room as cool as I prefer at night.

Balanced Stay

helpful staffclose locationtasty breakfastinefficient air conditioningsmall gymremote train station
The staff were very helpful and polite. I found the location very close to the river, so visiting many attractions was easy. The breakfast was tasty and had a large selection (I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh pastries).
The air conditioning did not seem to work efficiently in the room. I also noted the gym was quite small. The hotel is located a bit of a walk from the train station (this may be a challenge for some travelers).
