fantastic stay!
breakfast selection delicious food amazing air conditioning helpful staff
the breakfast selection was HUGE and super delicious!!! the staff kept everything super clean. my room had amazing air conditioning, a lifesaver. i also appreciated the helpful staff at reception!
the elevator repair caused slight inconvenience

I stayed in a spacious room, it had nice appointments. the staff was so friendly and helpful. the pool was such a plus for relaxation after exploring. breakfast was also good. It offered a wide selection of tasty choices.
the carpets are in desperate need of deep cleaning, they looked quite stained.

the room had ample space. the swimming pool was clean. the staff worked diligently. the breakfast (especially the pastries) was very good.
the gym equipment showed wear.

wide choice soft pillows
The breakfast provided many choices. The outdoor pool offered a space to relax and cool off during the hot afternoons. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed. Soft pillows were a good surprise and greatly enhanced my sleep quality.
I noticed that the carpets throughout the common areas showed noticeable wear. I believe newer carpets would elevate the overall appearance.

Staff members were always ready to assist. They were very polite and tried their best to answer any questions I had. Their attentiveness greatly contributed to a good experience. They tried to speak in English.

the hotel was close to the train station and only a short walk to the centro storico! staff were polite, helpful, and super friendly. breakfast had a big selection. the pool and seating area outside were great for swimming.
