I liked its proximity to the railway station. It helped a lot. the staff was very polite. my beautiful double or twin room had adequate space. breakfast included a satisfactory array of foods.

The breakfast provided many choices. The outdoor pool offered a space to relax and cool off during the hot afternoons. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed. Soft pillows were a good surprise and greatly enhanced my sleep quality.
I noticed that the carpets throughout the common areas showed noticeable wear. I believe newer carpets would elevate the overall appearance.

My room included a minibar and a safe. A spacious and clean bathroom was a plus. It had a mini-bar and safe, very convenient.

Staff members were always ready to assist. They were very polite and tried their best to answer any questions I had. Their attentiveness greatly contributed to a good experience. They tried to speak in English.

the hotel was close to the train station and only a short walk to the centro storico! staff were polite, helpful, and super friendly. breakfast had a big selection. the pool and seating area outside were great for swimming.
