the reception was so cute. akar greeted us so warmly and upgraded our room to the panoramic suite. i felt valued and cared for from the start. i will always cherish this trip!!!

My time here was nice. i appreciated the attentiveness of the reception staff. They were kind and cute. a staff member upgraded my room to a beautiful suite and it was spacious. i found everything perfect.
the minibar inside my room was empty, which i found a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's cleanliness was AMAZING!!! I also enjoyed a luxurious breakfast each morning. It was very extensive. The city view from my room was beautiful, I didn't even turn on the TV. Suzan, the guest relations manager, was amazing and helpful.
The air conditioning system was too noisy. I think this needs attention.
