ocean view snorkeling adventure delicious cuisine lacking service missing reservation spoiled mood
The ocean villa was AMAZING!!! I loved the cool greenish blue ocean near my room. Snorkeling around the room was so good. I saw many fish and turtles. The restaurants provided many dishes. I liked the mojito and margarita pizza.
I found the customer service lacking. My customer service host did not respond to my texts on my last day. Reservations at the marine center and spa were not found upon arrival. This really spoiled the mood. I felt I deserved better.

warm smile luxury service amazing massage
arniel at the bar provided luxury service he always greeted me with a warm smile his politeness. i saw numerous fish sharks and rays right at the bottom of my steps from my overwater pool villa the food at firedoor was also a high standard. the spa is amazing i had one of the best massages i've ever had
the gym equipment was very old and the selection was limited
