unfriendly staffearly beach chair removal
The airport pickup was a mess. The staff wasn't cute at all. Upon arrival, the reception staff seemed unfriendly. the beach chairs disappeared every day at 6 PM. This was way before sunset, leaving guests standing for an hour to watch the sun go down (it was very frustrating).

comfy bedextra towels
The room was so spacious with a comfy bed. I slept like a baby. i found two extra towels in the room which was super convenient after swimming in the ocean. umbrellas were in the room. I felt ready for any weather.

unanswered messages
I had issues with airport pickup. I was not greeted at the pier as arranged, and messages went unanswered. Upon arrival, the staff immediately tried to sell various services, and the beach was uninviting. It felt noisy and unclean. It certainly did not resemble the charming Maldives I had imagined.
