GREAT stay in paradise

the water villa was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked great, maintaining a cool temperature. Housekeeping kept the villa tidy with twice-daily service. i enjoyed the complimentary bottled water provided EVERY day.
the wifi signal was WEAK in certain areas of the villa.

lush vegetationexcellent deckdedicated team
i enjoyed the natural beauty with lush vegetation and diverse wildlife. the water villa had excellent facilities, including a great deck and jacuzzi. the room service team was very dedicated, tidying up the room twice daily. i found the complimentary snorkeling trip to be a pleasant change of pace.
i noticed some smokers in public areas, including the pool area. separate smoking area might be good.

staff members were amazing and always tried to make guests happy. one waiter noticed i wanted orange juice and brought it to me without me asking. this sums up their dedication and attentiveness.

the main restaurant featured diverse meals, including a daily sushi station. there was a dedicated grill chef to prepare fresh dishes. wine tasting provided an exquisite experience. the food had great taste and diversity.

i received a free room upgrade, so i did not have to change rooms. this gesture was appreciated. the water villas are well equipped.

Live music was very enjoyable and added to the atmosphere. free snorkeling trips were offered twice a day. I saw turtles, sharks, and stingrays. there are beautiful fish in the sea who seem unafraid of humans. The water is crystal clear.

poor receptionlong delay
The reception staff was not great. it seemed they had a different mindset. getting water took three requests and six hours. No apology came.
