The breakfast included great options and opened early, that was charmed! the room i was assigned was spacious. Though the taxi access was convenient.
the wifi was not working properly, it was frustrating. i was told that i could not connect my laptop to the wifi, though some arrangement was made to connect my mobile.

The staff at the reception were polite. The location was acceptable.
I had issues with noise in my room at night. The air conditioning units outside my window were LOUD. Sleeping was POSSIBLE only with earplugs.

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, that was acceptable.
The room i stayed in was quite dark. I had to keep the curtains open. the iron provided in the room was broken, so i had to buy a new one. the bathroom was small and water leaked from the shower.
