a FANTASTIC experience
breakfast buffethelpful staffrooftop poolcomfortable sunbeds
i stayed for several nights and the breakfast buffet was very nice it really sustained me during the busy days i had planned. the staff really know how to do customer service especially ilkin tapiwa martin omar and morgan. the layout is also amazing a beautiful adults-only rooftop pool really makes this a step above. i did not want to leave at all plenty of sunbeds are available around all pools.

the hotel enjoys a convenient position near nakheel mall. it is very close to many popular attractions. access to transportation is EASY for exploring the surrounding area.

the king room offers spacious accommodation with modern amenities. bathrooms include both a fabulous shower and a free-standing bath. non-alcoholic drinks were stocked daily. i did not get to use the balcony however the room was still really nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly to me. There are plenty of options for self-recreation for families.
I was not impressed with the housekeeping service . The cleanliness was not good, and that is a downside. Even after the room was supposedly made up, the bed was done, and a few things were straightened.

the breakfast had an amazing variety of foods. i found the room to be very clean. the hotel has a nice long beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. there is also a lovely pool for children and adults.
the staff were not always accommodating. amenities were lacking, especially for families. the service felt generally inadequate. there were not many things to do for children.
