Okay Hotel But Some Issues

big pool great massage helpful staff dirty window missing yogurt empty hot water

The pool was big. I enjoyed my time near the river. The massage I had was great, and breakfast were enjoyable too. The staff had the pharmacy deliver medicine when I was sick. That helped a lot.

The river view was disappointing because it was only a glimpse. The windows were also very dirty.

an okay stay, i guess

stale pastries fluctuating shower

The breakfast was subpar. It lacked variety. the pastries tasted stale, almost like leftovers. the hot options seemed like they sat out for too long. also, the bathroom had some issues. the shower temperature kept fluctuating, it went from scalding to cold in seconds.

central location and helpful staff

helpful staff good location

the staff were very helpful and were able to call a taxi that accepted credit cards for travel to the argentinian side of iguazu falls. the staff was able to get me to my room immediately, four hours before check in. the hotel is located close to the town center and restaurants.

the air conditioning in my room did not function very well , and the room was a little warm. this made the room uncomfortable at times , especially during the day.

my room included a balcony , and it also featured good wifi connectivity. the bathroom was equipped with essential toiletries. overall , the room was clean and well kept.

i was happy with the hotel's convenient location. it was quite close to the iguazu center. breakfast was also good. i liked the friendly employees too.

the air conditioning didnt function very well. it made my room a little warm. i think it needs some attention. wi-fi also didn't work for me.
