amazing spa really good staff
i had the best time. the staff were really good, they went the extra mile to make the weekend so special. the spa is amazing and everything about the trip was magical from start to finish
I had a very minor issue with the tv channels. They were all in spanish.

amazing stay
fresh towels breakfast buffet sandy beach
i found the hotel very clean! the room had fresh towels every day. the breakfast buffet had various options and fresh juice. it also featured a sandy beach and a bar nearby, accessible by a short walk.

Some issues
closed gym food quality
The gym was closed . It was disappointing because fitness is important to me. the beach club was not open yet. I think the lunch food quality needs improvement (i can't speak about dinner, since I did not have it). The ingredients did not match the high price tags.

Amazing Stay, Fantastic Staff!
great food friendly staff clean pools
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The food was excellent in general. The staff was fantastic, attending to every need. My wife has a nut allergy, and the staff made food separately for her to ensure her safety. The hotel offers four swimming pools. They were cleaned every morning and maintained well.
The hotel gym was not open, though it was claimed to be open before my arrival. The beach club was also not open yet.

The staff was very attentive. The team met all requests quickly and efficiently. The staff's care with my wife's allergy showed great attention. I really appreciated their commitment to guest satisfaction throughout our stay.
