Excellent stay. Solid choice
helpful staff balcony view comfy bed nice touch
i enjoyed a short stay. the staff provided quick service. our partial sea view room matched the description. the balcony was perfect for morning coffee overlooking the sea. i found the beds comfy with ample pillows. the room's toiletries were plentiful. facilities are great! a morning coffee came with a nice croissant. it was quiet for sleep, buzzy during breakfast, and very clean.
the check-in lacked the 5-star friendliness i anticipated.

i found the marina views from the front to be fine i could easily watch the cruise liners arriving and departing the breakfast had an amazing selection that suited all tastes

The staff was friendly and efficient, always greeting me with a smile. i found the location very handy with a bus stop directly outside the hotel. Very CONVENIENT. the breakfast buffet was great. I especially enjoyed the egg and omelet station. the room was spacious and very clean. the service was perfect.
The spa lacked atmosphere, and the steam room was switched off unless requested. It felt a LITTLE empty.

The pool area included twenty loungers. It also had a shaded section. the gym offered three treadmills. It additionally provided two stationary bikes.

The hotel is close enough to the center. This positioning offers traditional restaurants. scenic views of the main harbor can be taken IN. the hotel has two entrances. One at the front connects to the promenade.

lovely surprise
helpful staff quick service comfortable beds plentiful products
the staff were helpful, quick and friendly! whenever we asked for anything they were quick to get it and help out. i stayed in a partial sea view room, just as stated. i had a nice balcony to sit and have a coffee looking out to sea. the beds were comfy with lots of pillows.
the hotel is a pleasant 30min walk from the centre, so it's in a quieter neighbourhood, but it's a bit of a walk for me.

the outdoor pool was great for swimming, and there were always sunbeds available. the breakfast buffet had many options and even included an egg station where omelets were made to order. the gym had modern equipment and offered beautiful views.

The room was very clean, i loved that! the bed was super comfortable. I slept later than i can remember!

Decent stay with some issues
old furniture ignored staff
The breakfast had a nice selection. The ladies preparing omelets did an excellent job.
The furniture seemed quite old (it was noticeable). Staff near the pool mostly ignored us, so I waited a good ten minutes to get the sunbeds ready. I mentioned a special occasion, but the hotel completely ignored it, frustrating.
