The hotel was clean. the pool area was lovely with a good selection of drinks. rooms were spacious. I found the beds comfortable. it's close to the magaluf strip and lots of nice bars and restaurants.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. they were attentive to our needs and always willing to assist with any requests. the reception staff provided prompt assistance and clear information regarding hotel services.

This hotel was great! the location is excellent with many bars and restaurants right outside the back gate. i walked straight ahead to a beautiful beach, very convenient. my room was super clean and cleaned daily. i will definitely return next year. I can't wait for another holiday here.
The cups are reusable, fine, but they could be a bit bigger. the food was ok. I ended up eating out a bit more.

the room was big enough and i paid extra for a pool view room, it had fine views. the room was always very clean, even when i didn't request cleaning, the staff were always willing to clean.
