solid choice for alcudia stay

i found the beds and pillows very good. cleanliness was top notch. the staff was very attentive i thought. the bathroom it was a good size. the breakfast and dinner options were plenty, with varied meats, fishes, fruits, and cheeses.

the restaurant felt chilly. fans were going with the air con. the selection was a little lacking.

my loft was spacious and well maintained. i liked the ground floor lounge area it was nice. it makes unwinding easy after doing stuff. the room was very clean, i see they cleaned it daily.

the location is fine, a walk got me to the beach in five minutes. shops are very near too. restaurants are nearby too. the bus stop is just down the road, so it comes every 15 mins.

the receptionist was not cute at all. There was no smile or positive attitude when i arrived. i had to wait three hours for my room. also, the breakfast quality was terrible. The salmon and cold cuts were discussing. i ended up not eating there after a few days.

a GEM of a hotel

the location is SUPERB. it is a short walk to the beach. the rooms were super clean and spacious! the staff were always smiling and ready to help. the food was great, with a vast selection for breakfast and dinner.

the only very slight downside was that the coffee machine in the room was a little tricky to use, but this was a minor issue.

My room included a separate seating area and a balcony overlooking the garden. It was very romantic! the bathroom had two sinks and a walk-in shower. towels were fluffy and plentiful, a lovely touch.

the breakfast buffet had many options it was very complete. the service attention was rated a ten. the room had pleasant views of the pool and open spaces.

i noticed the staff was not always smiling which affected the first impression. it took two days to fix the safe that was locked when we arrived. some brochures offered mass tourism options instead of local attractions.
