i found complimentary tea, coffee, and water available at all hours. pastries, muffins, and loaf slices were provided each morning. i used the microwave in the lobby which was very convenient. also, i requested a fridge for my room, it was provided.
the bathroom light was limited. i noticed the linens felt old, it wasn't the best.

the staff was consistently polite and helpful, they helped me with directions. they also provided extra towels promptly when i requested them. their attentiveness was helpful .

my room featured a comfortable bed with soft linens and plenty of pillows. the bathroom had a clean shower with consistent hot water and good water pressure. i found the room was adequately sized for a solo traveler.

the location is great near union square and public transportation is close by. complimentary pastries were available in the morning. there was coffee available too.

the staff was kind , offering help with directions and recommendations. pastries were available each morning , a sweet treat to start the day. the location was superb , near transportation and local attractions.
i noticed the hallway carpet seemed a bit worn , needing some attention. the room lacked air conditioning , and i relied on a fan. street noise was noticeable at times , especially early in the morning , which impacted my sleep.

The staff were helpful during check-in. I also found the morning pastries quite good. The location of this place made it easy to move around (especially useful for exploring the area).
The room had no air conditioning, so I had to use fans. I was missing fly screens on the windows. This meant I couldn't open them for fresh air without insects entering. There were no coffee making facilities in the room, I had to go downstairs to get coffee, an inconvenience.
