i had such a wonderful experience , i found everything to be great. the room was immaculate, and the team shined with their dedication. i was especially impressed by the attentiveness during check-in and check-out. the staff elevated the experience, making it feel special.
i did notice the gym equipment is somewhat limited, with only a few treadmills.

The front desk team, especially amira, were professional and helpful. They ensured my check-in went smoothly. i appreciated the cleanliness. The room was tidy and well kept throughout my visit. the corridors had a pleasant fragrance. It added to the overall positive atmosphere. i was given an upgrade to a superior king room. It enhanced my experience.
The air conditioning in the room was somewhat weak. It struggled to cool the space effectively.

Bukhara restaurant provides an really good dining experience. The indian cuisine is authentic. the kebabs are perfectly marinated. They are grilled to perfection. The naan is fluffy and complements the curries beautifully.

the location worked alright, it was close enough to places i needed to go.
the pool was smaller than i anticipated and not very deep. the silicon around the tiles in the pool was falling apart which i found Unpleasant. i think the hotel needs a better pool area.

the location was great and near many places. i received an upgrade upon arrival to a suite. it had an additional half bath and a separate sitting area. it was nice to have more space .
the pool was shallow, only 1.2 m deep. some silicon was falling off the tiles near the water. i wish the pool area was maintained better.

Breakfast was below expectations. Menu options were limited. South Indian food did not meet expected standards. We asked for an extra bottle of water. I had to pay immediately though it was our first day.

Michelle upgraded my room. It was lovely! the staff were super cool with us. check-in was fast. the room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. it included all the amenities you could want! the bed was comfy. the housekeeping staff kept the room super clean.
