inconsistent hoursmissing towel
i faced some issues . the gym's opening hours were not consistent. i had previously complained about this. also, upon checkout, i was informed that everything was fine, but while waiting in reception for my flight, i was told a towel was missing. i offered to pay for it and have my luggage searched, but they did not act. i felt very disappointed and like a criminal!!!

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made airport transfers simple. Breakfast offered great variety. I especially appreciated the kind lifeguard at the rooftop pool, Vijayakumar.

ideal locationlate outings
the hotel corridors smelled nice. the location proved ideal with the al rigga metro station nearby. it was convenient to have several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. some of these establishments operated 24 hours so my late night outings were easy.
i noticed a slight delay in response from the staff to some requests.

The location was acceptable. It was near shops open till late.
The cleaners weren't thorough at all. I even had to remind them to clean the toilet PROPERLY because it clearly wasn't done right the first time. That's just lazy. The bathroom also had a leak they had to fix TWO times.
