a satisfactory stay
helpful staff convenient location unclean carpet mold smell
the room was generally well maintained. the location is convenient with easy access to the metro. staff members such as jay darr and okila were particularly helpful. their assistance made the check-in and check-out process smoother.
the room had some issues. the carpets were not clean. there was also a noticeable smell of mold in the bathroom, this was unpleasant. the tub was also dysfunctional.

mixed feelings about my stay
stale odor stained bedding
The location was convenient. It was easy to get around.
The room smelled stale. the air conditioning seemed to be the source of the unpleasant odor (i think it needs cleaning). i also found stains on the bedding. It made me question the cleanliness of the room.

convenient location functional facilities
the location was convenient (close to two metro stations). the rooms were very tidy and neatly arranged with all functional facilities.
the electric plugs in the room did not work, i had to charge my mobile in the bathroom as it was the only one working.
