totally amazing stay!
attentive staffdedicated servicehomely feelreturn trip
the staff were great! anna at the kids club was a lifesaver, my son adored her. maria d always made sure we had everything we needed, such thoughtful service. the hotel reminded me of home, we are already planning our return trip!
the gym could use a little updating, it felt a bit outdated.

The adult pool is located at the front. Other pools cater for families! the grounds are very clean. there is also a room for showering after checkout for late departures. It is a nice touch.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. they provide exemplary service. thodoris, the restaurant manager, was particularly cute and helpful. abbe, the beach waiter, is funny and attentive.

i enjoyed an aroma massage at the spa. the calming ambiance set a relaxing tone. the therapists were accommodating, ensuring i was comfortable. the scent of the oils refreshed me (i felt rejuvenated!). the hotel has a great location right on the beach, away from the crowds. the service was professional and precise. my room was spacious, clean, and easy to cool. breakfast offered an really good spread.
the room was dusty, giving a less cute impression than expected, the public rooms however were nice.

Lovely stay with great service

The staff were very kind for everything i needed. The kids really loved the pools. The beach was amazing. The kids club was nice, it could have had a bigger program, at least a mini disko! but the lady there was soo nice. theo from the restaurant was also so nice and warm.
The rooms were ok, everything you need. Though they could use some updating.

The hotel enjoys a superb location, conveniently close to the town center. This made it easy to escape the direct hustle. The option to walk to the town center was a plus, with taxis readily available for convenient transport.

The breakfast buffet offers a great variety. It features fresh, intercontinental options to satisfy diverse palates. The restaurant food tastes great, not to mention the desserts. I really need those recipes from the chefs.
