I found the staff very helpful . They quickly arranged a car rental for me! the breakfast buffet offered good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and local pastries. i liked the central location. I was steps away from shops and restaurants! the hotel provides maps and recommendations, a nice touch.
The courtyard could get noisy early in the morning. Some soundproofing would help.

The staff was helpful. I got upgraded to a superior suite. i appreciated the comfortable bed, and the shower was sensational. there was also a nice little private patio. I sat outside. the room was very nice!
the location was perfect, though there was some loud music playing in the nearby streets from local bars at night.
