charming hideaway!
helpful staff breakfast variety central location hotel recommendations
I found the staff very helpful . They quickly arranged a car rental for me! the breakfast buffet offered good variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and local pastries. i liked the central location. I was steps away from shops and restaurants! the hotel provides maps and recommendations, a nice touch.
The courtyard could get noisy early in the morning. Some soundproofing would help.

The superior room palazzo had a king-size bed with premium bedding. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer! a mini-fridge stocked with drinks was available for a fee. It was quite convenient. the room had a safe and a desk.

The reception operates 24 hours. It assists with tours and taxi bookings! daily housekeeping is available. It keeps the rooms tidy. i found the concierge service to be very helpful. They provided directions. there were friendly staff members.

the location was very central to everything.
the room i was assigned felt quite cramped. it also lacked natural light, feel a bit claustrophobic. i also found the bathroom to be smaller than expected.

the staff was helpful! they assisted with luggage and gave clear directions. the breakfast selection included many choices. the rooms were clean and spacious.
some street music at night was audible, though the hotel cannot control this.
