the room was spacious it had a lovely view of the garden the hotel was quiet i slept without interruption a fan was available due to the heat the staff were friendly and helpful i dined well in the bar
the hot and cold taps were marked up incorrectly.

The hotel upgraded my room unexpectedly upon arrival. The room was spacious and newly decorated. The view from room 11 was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and provide a very nice walk.
Breakfast took a long time to refill items that had run out.

The hotel is in a handy location, near good walking routes. It is also well positioned for motorway connections and the designer shopping outlet. Walking to the outlet takes under ten minutes.

the room was spacious and clean. the location work well for what i needed and staff were very friendly. food was of excellent value.
cobwebs was on ceiling. wasps nest was outside the window, and four light bulbs weren't working. breakfast take to long to refill items.

the provided toiletries were lovely i appreciated the fresh towels. the breakfast included perfectly cooked poached eggs i also enjoyed the friendly service. i booked only fifteen minutes prior to arrival the staff ensured that everything was ready. staff members assisted us with our luggage that was very helpful.
the shower taps were a bit difficult to turn on due to the lack of grip
