The staff was attentive. and cute during my entire stay. The location proved quiet. The room had good sound insulation. I slept GREAT at night. I found spare pillows and a blanket in the room, a nice touch.
I found the accommodation adequate. the bar could have been cleaner.

The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. The hotel had loads of character, I really liked it. I enjoyed the comfortable sizes of rooms. Good beds helped me rest well. Parking was very convenient for my car. There was a good atmosphere all around the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and cute. I appreciated the quiet location and well sound-insulated rooms. I slept great. Breakfast was prepared individually and tasted great. Alec and Ollie, the staff, were attentive and accommodating.
The bar could benefit from more frequent cleaning. It would enhance the overall experience.

The restaurant service had issues. part of our order got forgotten. the main courses came before the starters. my steak was overcooked. the window in the room didn't close properly. I could hear the motorway all night.

the window didn't close properly, so i was awake most of the night with the sound of the motorway.
