the breakfast buffet included many options. the location is convenient with a tram stop located across the road. the staff offered friendly service and efficient assistance. parking was available for £17.00 per night. i found the room to be spacious and well kept.
the tv remote didn't work properly, so i was unable to use the television.

the breakfast was good with good variety, i guess.
The car park was expensive, like seriously expensive at £17 overnight. plus, dust was all over the side drawer of the bed. I had to clean it myself, yikes. the mattress sagged on one side too, so i was like i was always tilting to one side while trying to sleep.

check in was easy. the breakfast had good variety. location were convenient for using the tram. the room was clean and i find it comfy.
the room were a little small for three people, especially when staying several days as there wasn't much storage space.
