The new room featured recent refurbishment, I notice a bright and spacious environment. Staff members acted friendly, I find the hotel's proximity to the front convenient. Good parking was available, I found this amenity very useful.

the room wasn't very clean. the dust on the headboard was actually disgusting. i paid for a double room, but it had a very small double bed, definitely not what i expected.

The staff provided helpful service. The hotel's location is near the beach. I found the room spacious and clean. The bar area was nice.
The furniture in the room seemed dated and mismatched. This made things difficult with luggage. I think the hotel is not ideal for babies or people who cannot move easily.

I found out upon arrival that the advertised outdoor pool would be out of operation. This was disappointing because it influenced my choice. The room felt quite outdated. It seemed like it had not been updated in decades. The lack of transparency about this additional cost was annoying.
