A Stay with Minor Drawbacks
good size room good quality breakfast tired hotel nonexistent wi-fi
My room was a good size, and it was clean! Everything I needed was supplied. The breakfast was very good, with a good choice and very good quality.
The hotel seems a little tired. The Wi-Fi was almost nonexistent. That is not acceptable in 2024. I booked the vegan afternoon tea for my friend's birthday but I was left disappointed.

great selection safe atmosphere
The breakfast offered a great selection. Staff quickly replenished the buffet items and prepared orders from the menu, it was relaxing. The spa treatment with Jess was great. She was reassuring and created a safe, relaxing atmosphere.
The TV kept cutting out! and it was the smallest one I have ever seen in such a big hotel room.

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful! the food was delicious, and the gym and spa were both clean and spacious. the room was well presented. i will definitely return soon.
The rooms were a bit rough around the edges. There was some mould on the bathroom ceiling.

spacious room air conditioning great breakfast
i recently spent a few nights there and found my room very spacious. it included air conditioning and a balcony. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the service was very slow sometimes.
