The location was pretty good. the room felt large. i thought the breakfast was quite lovely. the staff were friendly too. They seemed very helpful.
the room was located under the bar patio. i could hear talking and footsteps. cars parking right outside the room also created noise late into the night because it is a public bar. i think this area may have been garages at one time and was poorly converted.

The staff were helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. the location suited me well. It was a brief walk to the beach and a reasonable distance to the harbour, approximately ten minutes. the beds offered great comfort, and the room maintained cleanliness. i also really liked the beer garden overlooking the bay, even with music.
the parking space felt somewhat limited and the bays were a bit tight, making entering and exiting a bit tricky.

the area offers excellent proximity to key attractions. the hotel is near the beach and a reasonable distance from the city center. its position is especially convenient for accessing coastal walks. it's close to public transportation hubs.

the hotel staff ensures guests feel welcomed and cared for. they offered efficient assistance at reception and during dining. i found that staff members were always ready to help with directions and provide local insights.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Its position across from the beach is another great asset. I found that the bus stops nearby were useful for traveling to different locations. The breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit options.
The limited parking spaces often required me to park a short distance away.

The hotel is close to the beach and also within walking distance of the harbour. Nearby bus stops facilitate easy access to Paignton, Brixham, the town center, and Babbacombe. This location offers both seaside relaxation and easy access to local attractions.

Staff stood at the entrance of the carpark and showed me where to park. Then, they showed me to my room. This was helpful upon my late arrival, and I appreciated it. The staff was polite .

The bedroom I was in was quite spacious and very clean. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I had a sea view from the room. The hotel has an integrated pub.

the location was convenient for accessing the beach. the breakfast included a sufficient variety of options. the staff demonstrated professionalism .
The room was somewhat worn. The carpet showed visible signs of age. i noticed the curtains were not securely attached to the rail. cleaning was inconsistent, as there were marks on the coffee table.
