a decent hotel overall

the room was quite clean and well-presented. i found it easy to access parking and check in. the staff helped me book a table at a local restaurant (i enjoyed the meal).
there was no coffee maker in the room and i would have to pay extra for coffee in the morning. the checkout time was at ten instead of eleven. the hotel also did not have wash cloths available.

The lobby was beautiful and I received a warm greeting upon arrival. I got upgraded to a Suite, an unexpected delight. The location proved perfect. Everything seemed brand new and super clean.
The hotel lacked a coffee maker in the room. I expected this from a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. Attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast included a wide variety of options (especially the local cheeses). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room lacked air conditioning. The surrounding street was noisy. Sleeping with the window open was impossible, but closing the window made the room too hot.
