charming retreat near the mayan wonders
secluded locale individualized bungalow excellent pool reasonable food
i enjoyed the secluded setting and convenient access to local attractions. the individual bungalows offered GREAT privacy, just what i needed. the pool area was a highlight and it remained open late. the staff was helpful and the food prices seem reasonable.
the strict hotel rules posted seemed rather inflexible .

fantastic stay close to everything!
quick check-in clean area green garden
Check-in was very quick and efficient. the staff assisted with taxis promptly. the pool area was very clean and well kept. i found the lush, green gardens lovely. The restaurant overlooked the garden as well, which i really liked.

amazing jungle oasis
large pool mexican decor attentive staff
The hotel features lovely gardens and a large pool. our room had authentic mexican decor and felt secluded. i really appreciated the proximity to the ruins. It allowed us to arrive before the tour buses. the staff was friendly, really showcasing the hotel's culture and history!
The hotel rules felt a bit strict. They bordered on rude.

The staff greeted me with fresh mandarin juice and garden fruit upon arrival. My dinner portions were large and reasonably priced (I found them innovative and delicious).
