surprisingly great experience

i found a lot of parking space which was convenient. the breakfast was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the sauna facilities with two types of saunas and a steam room. the staff was very friendly and quick to help with any requests.

i could easily hear noise from the train and other guests, a bit disruptive.

the room was modern with floor-to-ceiling windows. the mountain views were amazing, and there was a spacious balcony. the bed was comfortable guaranteeing a restful night.

the spa offered a sauna, a swimming pool, and tea. covered parking was available.

the payment system was unclear. i paid everything online, but the hotel charged a 500 eur deposit upon arrival. at checkout, they charged an additional 8.5 eur, even though my online payment should have covered everything. this lack of clarity was annoying and unexpected
