Hidamari-no-yu offers a spacious public bath, revitalized in 2018, featuring soothing 40-degree Celsius hot spring water, which has drinkable properties. Komorebi-no-yu is an outdoor hot spring bath that provides views of a nearby waterfall, complemented by naturally saline water known for its beautifying effects. The sauna room recreates an authentic Finnish smoke sauna experience with varying temperatures across levels for a calming session.

The hotel contains 15 rooms, each with a unique layout designed for various guest needs. Seven rooms have private open-air hot spring baths facing the traditional Japanese garden view. Shofuan is a detached annex building dating back to 1884, allowing guests to experience traditional architecture.

The ryokan offers dining in the form of traditional Japanese cuisine, carefully prepared using local ingredients.
