Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly provided a different room because the air conditioning in our original room was faulty. This prompt action resolved the issue immediately. The staff's friendly and effective response was admirable. The breakfast selection offered a great choice. I appreciated the extensive options available. The beds provided good comfort. The hotel's location is convenient. It's close to the central station. I appreciated the easy access.
The parking situation is a bit difficult since the hotel does not have its own parking facility. Public parking is required.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station. This provides excellent access to transportation. It is easy to leave luggage and explore the city almost immediately after arrival, a great convenience.

fantastic location and service!

i found the location convenient. the hotel is right across from the central station. staff members were very helpful, especially with directions. breakfast was a perfect way to start each day , i really enjoyed the variety.
i found that the walls were a bit thin. i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms , this made it slightly difficult to sleep at times. perhaps thicker walls would solve this.

the breakfast was fine and had a reasonable selection of items to choose from.
the heating did not work properly. the room was quite cold at 18 degrees. i caught a cold . also, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, which i found unhygienic.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the main station. This made arrival and departure very easy. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with directions. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The room size was adequate, and the bed was quite comfortable.
I noticed just a small stain on the carpet near the window.
