convenient and quiet!
excellent location quiet room helpful staff presented lobby
I found the location excellent, particularly arriving by train. the hotel is directly across from the station. the rooms are surprisingly quiet. I never heard a train. the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially as i arrived a bit early. i really liked the nicely presented lobby.
a ceiling tile in my bathroom was broken, i think. i didn't report it because i was really tired.

The breakfast was very good. It included a lot of variety and options. the staff was helpful, and i want to give a special shout-out to yassin at the front desk. He was genuinely caring and considerate.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the central station. It was convenient. the staff were very helpful, and the online check-in process was quick and seamless. i was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. all amenities were provided at a very high standard.
the room faced the street, and street noise was audible. it was slightly bothersome for sleeping.

great variety friendly staff comfortable beds
i found the location quite convenient, especially since it is near the central station. the room was clean and spacious, equipped with necessary amenities. breakfast had a great variety of items, including fresh options made to order. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the twin room was well-appointed and the beds comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I noticed a broken ceiling tile in the bathroom. I was too tired to request a room change.
