the entrance was NOT illuminated well at night. also, i discovered that the minibar was not stocked Upon arrival. the lack of drinks or snacks was a bit disappointing, especially after a long day of travel. i expected to find at least some basic refreshments available. these small issues, unlit entrance and empty minibar, did impact my stay negatively.

Wonderful Stay at Former Convent

I enjoyed the building's transformation from a 19th-century convent. The hotel maintained beautiful architecture. It also had quirky layouts. I was happy that there were modern finishes and amenities. The garden provided an excellent space. I found the breakfast very good with nice options.

I thought the beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows seemed like decorative ones only.

Really good Stay in a Historic Building

I appreciated the breakfast being served in a former church. The location was quite special. I also liked the quiet garden area. It was an easy walk to the city center from here.

I noticed the front desk operated from a small entrance hall. All administrative items were visible. This gave an impression of disorganization.

uncomfortable bedsdecorative pillows

the phone in my room didn't work. a fire alarm went off several times including one at 3am. i tried to call reception to ask about this, but the phone did not work. beds were also uncomfortable and there were no proper pillows, only decorative ones.
