superb stay
major service on-site parking nice room great breakfast
i found the location superb, especially its proximity to major services like the bus and tram stations. on-site parking was a definite plus. the room was quite nice and i enjoyed the breakfast. i definitely plan to return and would recommend it.

dirty tables cold eggs
The breakfast area was a disaster I found dirty tables. Staff seemed overwhelmed they struggled to keep up with demand. It created long queues and a less than ideal start to the day the scrambled eggs were cold.
