a Mixed experience

helpful staffcramped layoutnoise disturbance
the staff WAS helpful with directions and local information.
My room faced an interior wall, so natural light was minimal. the layout felt cramped with little space to move around the room. the biggest problem was with noise. I could hear conversations and other disturbances through the walls at night, disturbing my rest.
