Excellent Hotel Experience

The gym is spacious with great city views! I especially liked its well-equipped fitness area. The rooftop pool and spa provided a lovely experience. The breakfast selection was super, offering many choices.
The cost of the outdoor parking was quite high.

The room was large. The bathroom was beautiful. And it had both a shower and a bathtub. There were also lovely soaps and moisturizing creams available for use, and I found this to be a very nice touch.

The location was good, a short walk to Piotrkowska Street with many shops and restaurants. The hotel is near lots of restaurants. It is also close to a mall and playground.

The hotel had an easy pool and a spa area. The gym is on the top floor, flooded with daylight! Parking was convenient though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast was good, with a great selection of items. The skybar was quite enjoyable. The cocktails were prepared properly. I thought the taste was just right, and this was much appreciated.

the hotel provided excellent access to nearby attractions, it was so useful. i found the breakfast selection diverse, i sampled many options! the staff was responsive to requests, they addressed my needs promptly. i especially appreciated the well-equipped gym, it helped maintain my routine.
the parking fee seemed slightly high, although the underground parking was convenient.

I loved the architecture. It reminded me of an art gallery. the location was excellent with manufaktura nearby. i found the pool and gym facilities to be superb, with very reasonable prices.
Porterage service was slow. It took over two hours for my bags to arrive.

Adequate, but Some Disappointments

I was not thrilled when I found out the underfloor heating did not work in the bathroom, the floor was quite cold. I also was a little upset some food at breakfast was already cold, this happened around 9 AM. I think the hotel needs to address these small issues. It was disappointing. Many rooms face the parking lot so expect some noise.
