adequate but flawed
reservation issue uncomfortable pillows
the breakfast included some good options.
the hotel seemed unwilling to solve a reservation issue i had, they said nothing could be done. the pillows were really uncomfortable, easily the worst pillows i've ever used in a hotel. plus, housekeepers KNOCKED before 8:30 am TWO days for cleaning.

perfect location comfortable beds really good bedding large breakfast choice
the location was perfect for exploring the city center. the room was super clean and featured large, comfortable beds. i found the bedding to be of really good quality. the breakfast offered a large choice of tasty food and excellent coffee.
the pillows i encountered were of uncomfortable quality, unlike any i've used previously.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Hitches
small room persistent street noise
The room was smaller than expected, I guess. The provided coffee in the room tasted stale, that was a disappointment. the noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep well, even on an upper floor. I thought the walls were too thin or something because street noise was persistent.
