Excellent Central Stay
central location wide selection late check-out helpful staff
The location provided easy access to many attractions. Breakfast offered a wide selection with daily variations which was enjoyable. I found the late check-out time very convenient. Staff members at check-in were friendly and quite helpful, providing useful information.
Noise from nearby establishments was noticeable late into the night. Earplugs helped though.

The Comfort Double Room featured detailed ceiling designs and provided ample space. Modern and clean, the room ensured a relaxing experience. I appreciated the comfortable beds and thoughtful touches.

The breakfast buffet offered many options and daily changes. The adjacent cafe offered great value with resident discounts. I found the cakes and coffee from the cafe quite sublime.

Staff members were generally helpful and accommodating. Receptionists assisted with arranging transportation to the airport. I also received helpful directions on using the tram system .

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city , made exploring easy. It is just a short walk to the main square and many tourist sites. I found the central location convenient.

great central location!
quiet room lovely architecture fantastic location
My room was clean and quiet. the room size was good. the building has lovely architecture. there was a heating and air-con unit and external shutters. These made the room dark, perfect for sleeping.
the safety bolts in the room doors did not lock. i was told they were inoperable throughout the hotel as a safety measure. there was only one duvet for two guests.

My room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. i noticed complimentary bottled water. It was replenished daily. the bed had comfortable pillows.

the staff answered my questions. i got a warm welcome. i also got an early check-in. the staff always seemed friendly and ready to help.

The location is fantastic. Many shops are very close. it is also near restaurants and cafes. the main square is a one minute walk. i also noticed a strip of cocktail bars nearby.

good size black out blinds general upkeep
the room was a good size. electronically operated black out blinds were a real bonus. the general upkeep of the hotel was great.
i have no complaints regarding my stay.
