Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

The location was great! The breakfast was super delicious and varied, offering many choices. The spa facilities were great, with a big jacuzzi and a cool salt room! I loved the availability of unlimited coffee and water.
I found the pillows to be not the best. Maybe they could use an update.

The hotel had an easy proximity to surrounding ski resorts! A walk into town was also a nice distance. About 20 minutes. It was perfect! The location was quiet, but not too far from everything.

The spa provided an very nice experience. All amenities were functional and super clean! It also offered a large jacuzzi. three types of steam rooms, I really enjoyed to use, and a great salt room to completely relax.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, especially Edzita at the reception. She even assisted in decorating a room for my friend's birthday! I received bath robes and slippers at check-in.

the breakfast was varied and not the same every day. my room was spacious and tidy. i appreciated the chilling area. free coffee was available there. the staff was friendly. i highly recommend this accommodation. i intend to return and use all the facilities. it's a great place.
Unfortunately, i wasn't able to fully enjoy the spa. one day, it was difficult to find towels. i waited at reception, but no one was there to assist me. Though the area looked very neat.

the spa area includes a jacuzzi and a salt room. a chill room and a business room are available . the chilling area has a coffee machine offering complimentary coffee. these facilities contributed positively to my stay.

The receptionists provided great service. Julia greeted us upon early arrival and directed us to the coffee bar. The receptionist at checkout let us store bags and use the coffee bar. The breakfast included many options and interesting dishes. The spa zone was very good for evening relaxation.
